We made a frame-by-frame animated film to communicate the different initiatives that are taking place at Montblanc in order to have a positive impact on the planet and its people.
The illustrations were created by Spanish illustrator based in Japan Luis Mendo.

We worked together with Luis to develop the characters and Keyframes for our film.

Bol worked with Luis Mendo’s keyframes to create the smooth frame by frame animation and craft the beautiful transitions.

My favourite part of the film is how we showed the origin of Montblanc’s icon.

I briefly met Luis Mendo through my friend David in Japan in 2015. When I got briefed on this film, I remembered his drawings and it was awesome to collaborate with him to make a full circle.

I worked on this project as an Art Director at Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam with Carlos Font as copywriter and Joe Burrin & Elena Knox as Creative Directors.
